Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows- Santa Monica, California- Pets Stay Free! Seriously, what doesn't this place have for us.  Fairmont partnered with Healthy Spot to offer us our own spa treatments with luxury products by Isle of Dogs.  Imagine this, they offer blueberry facials!  Seriously now,  I wonder if they mind me tasting a sample of it. With complimentary treats, our own bed and bowl, I could lounge here all day long. But I might get tired and need a massage, what the heck, they have that too!

They are also carefully about pups with allergies. According to The Fairmont website, "If your dog has an allergy of any kind, please notify the front desk, and we will make every attempt to arrange a special treat just for your pet!

Fairmont- San Francisco: The Fairmont offers an actual mini-bar for dogs filled with Organic Peanut-brittle treats and decorated cookies.  We can also get toys, blankets, and spritzers to help us sleep peacefully in our own bed. They also have give us a silver dog tag as a welcome gift.

For those that can't make it to the Fairmont anytime soon, you can still pick us up some of the luxuries from Isle of Dogs on their website.

I like this article but I would've LOVED it even more if there was mention of some cat-friendly hotels. I wonder if anyone's opened any cat cafes here like they have in Japan. I'm sure it would be almost next to impossible to get a Health Permit...we'll be having Cannabis cafes around here soon (Seattle) so why not a cat cafe?

Thank you for your comment Joyce! Just for you we will search for a cat-friendly hotel in our future and I agree, why not a cat-café?. I think Tank gets a bit selfish about writing for his dog friends :-)
Have an amazing day!

    Dog-friendly Tips

Tank had been posting about his adventures and recommendations for a many years now. As a senior dog his explorations grew limited. He also battled with Canine Cognative Disorder his last two years. I am saddened to announce Tank took his last walk just two months shy of his 15th birthday.

For those who are his fans, know that he was always spoiled and loved. His explorations with us are our fondest memories.

Make sure to browse Tank's extensive archives for tons of ideas to enjoy with your best
    friend.
