One of my favorite snack recipes is for Paleo "cookies". These have no flour, gluten, sugar, or dairy. Give it a try!
Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 1/4 cups almond flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup pure honey/ maple syrup/ or agave nectar
1/2 cup cocao nibs (or pure dark chocolate)
Bake at 375* for 10-15 minute or until turning golden brown.
*The cookies stay soft no matter how long they are cooked so do not try
to over cook to make crispy otherwise it will just burn the batch.
