Dog friendly parks:
Many local parks are going dog crazy
allowing us superior creatures our own piece of land to play at.  So, if you’re planning on taking man’s best friend on your trip, why not plan a stop for us to have our own type of amusement park along the way. Heck, bring a Frisbee or ball and the whole fam can hang.  Before you go, make sure that you check and confirm the areas are size separated since them big boys can be scary for little dogs like my Cousins Guinness and Gem, but for a big dog like me… eh, I can handle them
.

Hiking:
Nothin like a trip out in
the sunshine to remind me of my
wilder days, roaming the land searching for food.  Ok, Maybe not my days but still… Hike anyone?  Most hiking trails have signs posted whether my kind is allowed.   Make sure and
bring me plenty of water, and always keep us on a leash.  As for my humans, remember the sunscreen so I can keep my hairless skin burn-free.

    Dog-friendly Tips

Tank had been posting about his adventures and recommendations for a many years now. As a senior dog his explorations grew limited. He also battled with Canine Cognative Disorder his last two years. I am saddened to announce Tank took his last walk just two months shy of his 15th birthday.

For those who are his fans, know that he was always spoiled and loved. His explorations with us are our fondest memories.

Make sure to browse Tank's extensive archives for tons of ideas to enjoy with your best
    friend.
